General Manager/ Sr. Deputy General Manager/ Deputy General Manager (Electrical) on a deputation basis in the department of IRSME/ Mechanical Engineering. There are 02 seats available for the mentioned positions.

Eligibility Criteria  for RVNL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of RVNL Recruitment 2023, the required eligibility criteria for the candidates are given below:

For AGM(electrical)- {post is in pb-4 with gp rs. 8900 (6th CPC) corresponding to level-13a of pay matrix (7th CPC) or its equivalent in respective dept./e-7 (ida) rs. 100000-260000/-}– officers of state govt./psus/semi-govt./autonomous organization/ statutory organization/discoms etc.

• The candidates should hold analogous posts or their equivalent regularly in the parent cadre/department; or
• The candidates should be posted in pb-4 [rs. 37400-67000 + grade pay rs. 8700 (6th CPC)] corresponding to level-13 of the pay matrix of 7th CPC (ca) or its equivalent in parent cadre/department/discoms with a total service of 12-14 years rendered after the appointment.
• The candidates should be posted in ida e-6 grade (rs. 90000-240000/-) for four years.

For Sr.DGM (Electrical)- (post is in pb-3 with grade pay rs. 7600 (6th CPC) corresponding to level-12 of pay matrix (7th CPC) or its equivalent in respective dept./ e-5 (ida) rs. 80000-220000)– officers of state govt. / psus/ semi-govt. / autonomous organization/ statutory organization/discos etc.

• The candidates should hold analogous posts or their equivalents regularly in the parent cadre/department; or 
• The candidates should be posted in pb-3 [rs. 15600-39100 + grade pay rs. 6600 (6th CPC)] corresponding to level-11 of the pay matrix of 7th CPC (ca) or equivalent in parent cadre/department/discoms with 04 (four) years in the grade.
• The candidates should be posted in ida e-4 grade (rs. 70000-200000/-) for four years. 

For DGM (Electrical): {post is in pb-3 with grade pay rs. 6600 (6th CPC) corresponding to level-11 of pay matrix (7th CPC) or its equivalent in respective dept./ e-4 (ida) rs. 70000-200000/-}: officers of state govt. / psus/ semi-govt. / autonomous organization/ statutory organization/discos etc.

• The candidates should have held an analogous post or its equivalent regularly in the parent cadre/department; or 
• The candidates should be posted in pb-3 [rs. 15600-39100 + grade pay rs. 5400 (6th CPC)] corresponding to level-10 of the pay matrix of 7th CPC (ca) or equivalent in parent cadre/department/discoms with 04 (four) years in the grade.
• The candidates should be posted in ida e-3 grade (rs. 60000-180000/-) for four years.

Experience for RVNL Recruitment 2023:

Referring to the official notification of RVNL Recruitment 2023, candidates required experience are mentioned below:

• The candidates should have preference will be given to the candidates having relevant experience of 10-15 years in power-utilities/electricity distribution projects (discus) especially in 33/11 kv power supply and distribution in rural and urban areas.

Qualification for RVNL Recruitment 2023:

• The candidates should have a b.e./b.tech or amie degree or diploma in electrical engineering. or electrical and electronics engineering. or equivalent from aicte/UGC-approved university/institute.

Age Limitation for RVNL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of RVNL Recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit of the eligible candidates should be below 56 years.

The scale of Pay for RVNL Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of RVNL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of parent pay plus deputation allowance as applicable.

Tenure for RVNL Recruitment 2023:

As informed in the official notification of RVNL Recruitment 2023, the duration of the appointment will be 03 years subject to government approval for exemption to RVNL from the rule of immediate absorption.

Place of Posting for RVNL Recruitment 2023:
