• Computer-Based Examination: The computer-based examination will consist of one objective type paper with 60 questions carrying 4 marks each and a time limit of 60 minutes to complete the CBT.
• The questions will all be of the Objective Multiple Choice variety. The computer-based exam will only be given in English and Hindi.
• Each incorrect answer will result in a one-point deduction. Candidates are urged to keep this in mind while they answer the questions.
• Examination dates will be communicated to applicants via the Institutes’ websites and the examination Admit Cards.
• No provision shall be made for re-evaluation/re-checking of scores. There will be no correspondence in this regard.
• Tentative Answer Keys for the Computer Based Examination will be posted on the Institutes’ websites following the Examination.
• Candidates may review the Answer Keys and submit online representations, if any, within the time frame specified at a fee of Rs 100/- per question. Other modes of communication, such as letters, applications, emails, and so on, will not be considered. Before finalising the Answer Keys, any representations regarding the Answer Keys will be scrutinised, and the Institute’s decision in this regard will be final. After scrutinising a candidate’s representation of the Answer Key, if the first answer key is deemed to be incorrect as represented by the candidate, the examiner shall correct the answer key and publish the final answer keys. In such circumstances, candidates will be refunded Rs.100/- for each question represented.
• Calculators and other electronic devices are not permitted to be used by candidates. As a result, they should not bring it inside the Examination Hall/Lab.
• The examination syllabus will be the same as the qualifying examination syllabus.
