SAI is hiring applicants for the High-Performance Director (HPD) on a contract basis for 1 year which will be extended for a minimum of 1 year or a maximum of 8 years on the basis of performance. There are 21 Vacancies.

Essential Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy /or equivalent from any recognized University/ Institution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical/ Human/ Sports and Exercise Physiology/ Life Science/ Biological Sciences/ or equivalent from any recognized University/ Institution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from any recognized University/ Institution.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry/Chemistry with Biochemistry /or equivalent from any recognized University/ Institution.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry/Chemistry with Biochemistry /or equivalent from any recognized University/ Institution.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics/Food Science & Nutrition /or equivalent from any recognized University/ Institution.
• Bachelor’s Degree with Biomechanics as specialization or equivalent
  from any recognized University/ Institution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Bachelor’s Degree in Surgery (MBBS) from any recognized University/ Institution.

Desirable Educational Qualification:

Master’s or higher Degree in the relevant field from any recognized University/ Institution.

Salary for SAI Recruitment 2023:

The selected applicants for the post mentioned above will get a salary of Rs. 145000 monthly with an annual increment of up to 10% based on performance assessment.

Experience for SAI Recruitment 2023:

As per the SAI Recruitment 2023 Notification, the experience required for this post is mentioned below.

Essential Experience:

• 10 years of experience in relevant field
• 8 years of experience with Master’s in a relevant field
• 5 years of experience with a Ph.D. in a relevant field
• 5 years of experience for MBBS with PG/ DNB Sports medicine/ Orthopedics/ PMR/or equivalent relevant field.

Desirable Experience:

2 years experience in the field of sports science/ medicine.

Selection Procedure for SAI Recruitment 2023:

The selection procedure for the High-Performance Director (HPD) post is mentioned below.

• Shortlisting candidates need to fulfill the essential qualification for an interview.
•  The final selection will be made based on an interview of candidates by a committee.
• The interview will be for 100 marks and candidates will be assessed as follows:
• A panel of final shortlisted candidates will be formed on the basis of merit for a period of 1 year from the publication of the result.
