For High Performance Coach-

• Candidates should not be more than 60 years.

For Senior Coach-

• Candidates should not be more than 50 years.

For Coach-

• Candidates should not be more than 45 years.

For Assistant Coach-

• Candidates should not be more than 40 years.

The given below are the Qualification for SAI Recruitment 2024.

For Assistant Coach-

• The applicant must hold a Diploma degree or equivalent in Coaching from SAI, NS NIS, or from any other recognized Indian/Foreign University OR Candidates must have Olympics/Para Olympics/ International participation (As defined by SAI) OR Candidate must be aDronacharya Awardee.

For Coach/Senior Coach-

• The Applicant must hold a Diploma Degree or equivalent in Coaching from SAI, NS NIS, or any other recognized Indian/Foreign University OR Candidate must be a Medal winner in Olympics/Para Olympics/World Championship or Twice Olympics Participation OR Olympics/Para Olympics/ International participation (As defined by SAI), OR Candidate must be a Dronacharya Awardee.

For High-Performance Coach-

• The applicant must have a Diploma degree or equivalent in Coaching from SAI, NS NIS, or from any other recognized Indian/Foreign University, OR Candidates must be a Medal winner in Olympics/Para Olympics/World Championship or Twice Olympics Participation OR Candidates must be a Dronacharya Awardee.

Tenure for SAI Recruitment 2024:

As mentioned in the official notification of SAI Recruitment 2024, the tenure is given below-

On Deputation Basis-

For Coach and Senior Coach- The appointment is for 03 years which can be extended up to seven (7) years (as per Recruitment Rules of SAI), depending on the requirements, or till the age of 60 years, whichever is earlier.

For Chief Coach- The appointment is for 04 years which can be extended up to seven (7) years (as per Recruitment Rules of SAI), depending on the requirements, or till the age of 60 years, whichever is earlier.

For High-Performance Coach- For Chief Coach- The appointment is for 05 years which can be extended up to seven (7) years (as per Recruitment Rules of SAI), depending on the requirements, or till the age of 60 years, whichever is earlier.

On Contract Basis-

For Assistant Coach–

• The appointment is for a  period of 01 year and extendable in a cycle of one year subject to a maximum extension of eight (8) years subject to the annual performance.

For Coach, Senior Coach, High-Performance Coach-

• The appointment is for a  period of 01 year and extendable in a cycle of one (1) year subject to a maximum extension of eight (8) years or till age of 65 years of applicant/employee whichever is earlier, subject to the annual performance review.
