RCFL Recruitment 2025: Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd) is seeking applications from bright, desirous, and educated candidates for the post of Officer (Commercial) on a contract basis. The engagement is made for a period of 01 year, extendable further by a period of 1 year, subject to satisfactory performance. The chosen candidates will receive a monthly salary of Rs.47000 if accommodation is provided and Rs.54050 with accommodation. The candidate will not be entitled to PF / Gratuity / Pension, as per prevailing rules. The mode of Selection shall be a Personal Interview for all eligible candidates. The date, time, and venue of the interview will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates.
Based on the official notification of RCFL Recruitment 2025, the candidate should have a Graduation in any discipline with 55% aggregate in Final Year Graduation. As stated in the official notification of RCFL Recruitment 2025, the candidates will be selected on the basis of a Personal Interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview in a ratio of 1:7 on the basis of Qualification and Work experience. A merit list of suitable candidates shall be prepared on the basis of performance in the personal interview, with the following criteria:
