SAIL Recruitment 2023: The Steel Authority of India (SAIL) is looking for highly experienced individuals to apply for the position of Director in Charge. According to the SAIL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the hiring will be made for only one (01) vacancy at Bokaro Steel Plant. The minimum age restriction is 45 years for both internal and external applicants. The maximum age restriction is two (02) years of cumulative service as of the vacancy date. The date of superannuation for internal candidates and 3 years of residual service. The shortlisted individual would be paid a monthly salary of Rs 1,80,000-3,40,000 as per the IDA pay range. The selected applicant will be appointed for a term of five years, beginning on the day of appointment and ending on the date of superannuation or until further instructions, whichever falls earlier.
According to the SAIL Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates must have a graduate degree in engineering from a recognised university/institute, as well as a strong academic record. Candidates with an MBA/PGDM will be given priority. Candidates must have appropriate technical and operational expertise at a senior management level in a big reputable firm, with at least 05 years (from the past 10) in the steel sector. Candidates who are interested and eligible must fill out the online application form on the PSEB’s official website and submit it either online or offline along with the needed papers. The offline application should be addressed to the Secretary, Public Enterprises Selection Board, Public Enterprises Bhawan, Block 14, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003. The deadline for candidates to submit applications is September 18, 2023. No application will be considered after the specified date under any circumstances.
