Candidates should have Minimum 4 years of experience after obtaining membership of ICSI as on 01.01.2023, in a listed entity. Proficiency in MS Office suite will be an added advantage.
Company Secretary-MMGS-II
Candidates should have a Minimum 2 years of experience after obtaining membership of ICSI as of 01.01.2023, in a listed entity. Proficiency in MS Office suite will be an added advantage.
Candidates should have Working knowledge of SEBI regulations including SEBI LODR, SEBI ICDR, SEBI ILNCS, SEBI PIT, SEBI SAST etc. Regulations, IEPF Rules, Stock Exchange filing, and compliances. Excellent communication (Written and Oral) skills, Interpersonal relationship skills are expected from the incumbent.
