SBI Recruitment 2023: State Bank of India is inviting applications from retired officers/staff of SBI, for the post of Collection Facilitators under the Credit Monitoring Department. There are a total of 1438 vacancies for the given post. Candidates who can work anywhere in India can apply for the post. The appointment is done on a contractual basis for a period of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years for retired officers/staff attaining the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier, subject to a quarterly review of the performance of the official in HRMS. As per the official notification of SBI recruitment, 2023 candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of up to Rs. 40000.
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of qualifications and experience. Candidates will be selected on the basis of interviews. As per the official notification of SBI recruitment 2023, eligible candidates can register themselves on the SBI website. The last date for submitting the application form is 31st January 2023.

There will be no provision for house/furniture by the bank nor other benefits/perquisites/membership in the Provident fund/pension fund and gratuity during the contract period and no other claim will be entertained
Since the applicants are retired officers/staff of SBI, no specific educational qualifications are required.
Experience (If any)- The retired personnel should have sufficient work experience and overall professional competence in the relevant area.
Special Skill/ aptitude- The retired personnel should possess the special skill/aptitude/quality, as per the requirement for the post.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of interviews. The selection procedure is given below-
Shortlisting– Mere fulfilling minimum qualifications and experience will not vest any right in a candidate for being called for an interview. The Shortlisting Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, an adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for interview. The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be
entertained in this regard.
Interview– The interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by the Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
Merit list- The merit list for final selection will be prepared in descending order of scores obtained in the interview only, subject to the candidate scoring minimum qualifying marks. In case more than one candidate score common cut-off marks, such candidates will be ranked in the merit in descending order of their age.
As per the official notification of SBI recruitment 2023, eligible candidates can register themselves on the SBI website. Candidates should first scan their latest photograph and signature. Online application will not be completed unless candidate uploads his/ her photo and signature as per the guidelines specified under ‘How to Upload Document”. Candidates should fill the ‘application form’ carefully and submit the same after filling it completely.
