Qualification and Experience for SCI Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of SCI Recruitment 2023, candidates have must required qualifications and experience as below-

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized polytechnic or National Trade Certificate in the trade of Fitter/Marine Fitter or Diesel / Motor Mechanic or Machinist or Welder issued by the National Council of Training in Vocational Trade, Ministry of Labour, Government of India (NCTVT) or by the Industrial Training Institute of State Government (ITI).
• Minimum One Year of Rank experience as a Crane Operator.

Experience-

• Crane Operator having a minimum of 01 year of Rank experience on board any MSVs of ONGC (Samudra Nidhi, Samudra Sarvekshak, Samudra Prabha & Samudra Sevak).
• Preference will be given to the candidates who are approved by ONGC and have sailed on board any ONGC MSVs.

Selection Process for SCI Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of SCI Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of an interview. The selected candidates will be called for medical and posting as per requirement/vacancy on the vessel.

The candidates are requested to carry the relevant documents at the time of the interview. The interview will be held on 05.05.2023 at 11:00 AM. The venue for the interview is Shipping House, The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd. 245, Madame Cama Road Mumbai-400021. Latecomers are not permitted for the interview.
