SEBI Releases Updated LODR Regulations 2015

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has introduced amendment into the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR Regulations), which was initially notified vide a Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2015-16/013, dated September 02, 2015, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4.
The regulation is amended up to July 14, 2026, and Master Circulars, Integrated Filing and Industry Standard. The second last amendment introduced to the regulation was on January 22, 2026.
SEBI has taken this action in exercise of its powers granted under section 11, subsection (2) of section 11A and section 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992) read with section 31 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 (42 of 1956).
The publication officially came into effect on December 01, 2015. The regulations consolidate various segment-specific listing agreements into a single unified framework based on five main pillars, including corporate governance, financial disclosures, materiality disclosures, shareholder protection, and digital transparency.
