Disney is hiring an experienced Senior Executive – Accounts Payable at their Mumbai location. The role supports Procure to Pay team by ensuring compliance with established internal control procedures by verifying the invoices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Addressing inquiries through Fresh Desk Inquiry tool to resolution, with attention to detail and accuracy (including phone queues).
• Providing customers invoice and payment status.
• Resolving of customer issues for invoice processing, sales/use tax, withholding tax, defects, and disbursements.
• Assisting supplier’s with registration assistance in the Disney Supplier Management Portal.
• Educating and directing customers to utilize self-service tools available such as Financial Systems Help and PTP Customer Service Inquiry.
• Analyzing inquiries to identify process improvements while exceeding customer expectations.
