Shipping Corporation Recruitment 2023: Shipping Corporation of India Limited a Navratna PSU occupies the Numero Uno position with its large and diversified fleet, operating in nearly all shipping segments viz. break-bulk services and passenger services. Shipping Corporation is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the post of Company Secretary Trainees for 21 months. According to the official notification of Shipping Corporation recruitment 2023, candidates will be given a monthly remuneration of up to Rs. 12500.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of interviews. All the details regarding the interview will be intimated later on the official website. Tenure– The appointment is for a period of 21 months as per the revised training structure after completion of EDP, without any further extension.
As per the notification of Shipping Corporation recruitment 2023, candidates will be given a monthly remuneration as given below-
Stipend for Professional Examination passed- Rs. 12,500 p.m.
Stipend for Executive Examination passed- Rs. 10,000 p.m.
To be increased to Rs.12,500 p.m. on passing the Professional examination during the training period.
Medical– The trainee will not be eligible for Company’s medical benefits.
Transportation– No reimbursement of transportation charges will be made.
Candidates must have the given below qualification to apply for Shipping Corporation recruitment 2023:
ICSI Professional Program (Final) passed or ICSI Executive Programme(Intermediate)passed.

In case of a large number of eligible applications, the Company reserves the right to shortlist the number of candidates for Interview out of eligible candidates in the ration of 1:20. The shortlisting will be based on past experience/training after completion of Executive level in relevant field and further based on higher marks in qualifying exam i.e. Executive level of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
The Interviews will be conducted at Shipping House, Nariman Point, Mumbai, or through video conferencing depending upon the prevailing COVID pandemic situation at the time of the Interview.
