SIDBI Recruitment 2023: Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) is hiring candidates for Chief Technical Advisor (CTA), Deputy Chief Technology Officer (DyCTO), Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), Legal Advisor cum General Counsel (LAcGC), Deputy Legal Advisor cum General Counsel (D LAcGC), Legal Associate cum Counsel (LAcC), Consultant CA (Credit Analyst), Audit Consultant, Consultant CA (Govt. Programmes) and Economic Advisor posts on a contractual basis.
As per the SIDBI Recruitment 2023 notifications, there are 15 vacancies. The age limit is between 35 years to 57 years. The remuneration would be market-linked compensation. The same shall not be a limiting factor for the right candidate and will be on a case-to-case basis. The last date to apply is January 28, 2023.

1. Chief Technical Advisor (CTA)
The minimum age limit to apply is 50 years.
2. Deputy Chief Technology Officer (DyCTO)
The maximum age limit to apply is 45 years.
3. Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO)
The minimum age limit to apply is 50 years and the maximum age limit to apply is 57 years.
4. Legal Advisor cum General Counsel (LAcGC)
The maximum age limit to apply is 55 years.
5. Deputy Legal Advisor cum General Counsel (D LAcGC)
The maximum age limit to apply is 45 years.
6. Legal Associate cum Counsel (LAcC)
The maximum age limit to apply is 35 years.
7. Consultant CA (Credit Analyst)
The maximum age limit to apply is 35 years.
8. Audit Consultant
The maximum age limit to apply is 35 years.
9. Consultant CA (Govt. Programmes)
The maximum age limit to apply is 35 years.
10. Economic Advisor
The maximum age limit to apply is 50 years.

As per the SIDBI Recruitment 2023 notification, The remuneration would be market-linked compensation. The same shall not be a limiting factor for the right candidate and will be mutually decided on a case-to-case basis.
The CTC offered is negotiable. Annual CTC will depend upon the Experience & Emoluments of candidates in the present employment and place of posting. Salary shall not be a constraint for the right candidate. Annual increment on CTC finalized initially, shall also be considered by the Bank based on the performance review.
i. Duly filled-in application (in English or Hindi), as per the format available on the Bank’s website with a recent passport-size photograph pasted thereon and Curriculum Vitae, bearing the full signature of the candidate across the same with the date, should be sent/forwarded only through email at [email protected] on or before January 28, 2023.
