SIDBI Recruitment 2023: Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), invites applications from Indian Nationals for the engagement of three (03) Climate experts on a contractual basis. According to the SIDBI Recruitment 2023 official notification, the contract would initially be for one year but might be extended for up to two (2) years at the sole discretion of the Bank. The candidates interested and applying for this post must be no older than 45 years as of the closing date of application submission. The candidates should have postgraduate in Environment, Energy, Climate Change and related fields with 5 years of experience in the area of sustainable development, energy efficiency, climate change, etc. Candidates having excellent communication, report writing and drafting skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial modelling will be given priority.
According to the SIDBI Recruitment 2023 official notification, the shortlisted candidates will be paid a monthly salary between Rs.1 Lakh to Rs.2 lakh per month with a manual increment of upto 10% of monthly remuneration, which may also be considered by the Bank based on performance. The candidates will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Vertical’s Standards, Policies, and Procedures as required by the relevant donor agency. Candidates need to verify that they are qualified for the position, before beginning the application process. Candidates for the Climate experts position must send their duly filled-in application along with a recent passport-size photograph pasted thereon and Curriculum Vitae to the Deputy General Manager Green Climate Finance Vertical Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) 12th floor, Atma Ram House-1, Tolstoy Road, New Delhi by 21st, August 2023. The shortlisted candidates would be chosen, and a personal interview would be held “online” (information would be provided to the shortlisted candidates) before the Selection Committee. The Bank will conduct a preliminary assessment of the applications in order to prepare if required, a shortlist of qualified individuals for interviews.
