Smt Parvinder Sohi Behuria appointed as chairperson of NACAS

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 30th November, 2018

G.S.R. 1155(E).In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28A of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (38 of 1949), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 38(E), dated the 19^th January, 2011, namely:-

2. In the said notification for the entries against serial number (1), (3) and (5) the following entries shall be, substituted, namely:-

 

(1)	Dr. (Smt.) Parvinder Sohi Behuria, IRS (Retd.) C-I/9, Humayun Road, New Delhi-110003	Chairperson;
(3)	Shri Anurag Agarwal, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi-110001	Member; and
(5)	Ms. Ritika Bhatia,Principal Director (Commercial-II)Office of the Comptroller Auditor General of India, 9, Deendayal Upadhyaya Marg, New Delhi-110124	Member.

3. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official
