For conducting cases in the High Court:

• Candidates must have 12 years of experience in the respective field for which they applied, i.e., civil, labor, service, or Tax matters in the High Court.

For conducting cases in CAT:

• Candidates must have 10 years of experience in Service matters as practicing Advocates in the Central Administrative Tribunal.

For conducting cases in District courts and other courts/tribunals:

• Candidates must have 7 years of experience in the respective field for which applied i.e. Civil, Labour, Service, or Tax matters as a practicing Advocate in District Court including other Courts and Tribunals.

Tenure for SPMCIL Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of SPMCIL Recruitment 2023, the tenure of the appointment of the selected candidates is for 2 years, which may be e further extended for 1 year (if required). The performance of the empaneled Advocate shall be reviewed at regular intervals for continuance in the panel of Advocates.

Selection Process for SPMCIL Recruitment 2023:
