For the post of Young Professional (Athlete Relation Manager)
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any subject and a Certificate/Diploma program in sports management from a reputable institute (Certificate/Diploma duration must be greater than 6 months). OR a two-year MBA/Postgraduate Diploma from a recognized university or institution.
For the post of Young Professional (General).
Candidates must have a Post-Graduation Degree in any discipline or BE/B. Tech or a 2-year PG Diploma in Management or MBBS or LLB or CA or ICWA or any professional Degree attained after a 4 year or more study after 10+2. Candidates possessing an MBA/Post Graduate Diploma (2 Years) in Sports Management from a recognized university would be given preference.
The following experience is necessary for Sports Authority of India Recruitment 2023:
For the post of Young Professional (Athlete Relation Manager)
Candidates with a graduate degree should have two years of experience, while those with an MBA/Post Graduate degree should have one year. Candidates who have competed at the national and international levels in any sport will be given preference.
For the post of Young Professional (General).
Candidates should have at least one year of experience. According to the job description, experience in any government/semi-government/autonomous/public sector organization is preferred.
