IRCON Recruitment 2023: IRCON International Limited (IIL), Ministry of Railways, Government of India, New Delhi has sought Applications from the Officials Eligible for Chief General Manager (S&T) (CGM-S&T) Post through Proper Channel for Posting in Jammu notified vide IRCON Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 19.04.2023. As has been notified in the IRCON Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, there is 01 Vacancy for Chief General Manager (S&T) in the Pay Scale NFHAF Officer and SAG/NFSAG Officer in the Pay Matrix Level 15/Pay Matrix Level 14 to be filled up by Deputation for Posting in Jammu for managing the USBRL Project.
Based on the IRCON Recruitment 2023 Official Notification in respect of the Chief General Manager (S&T) in 01) Non-Functional Higher Administrative Grade (NFHAG) Officer with Pay Level 15 and 02) Senior Administrative Grade/Non-Functional Senior Administrative Grade (NFSAG) with Pay Level 14, Only Willing and Eligible Officers should apply in the Prescribed Application Proforma as per the Instructions prescribed therein. The Closing Date for the Officer Candidates to complete the Application Process is 04.05.2023.

Engagement Terms: 03 Years from Effective from the Date of Appointment/Joining which may be further extended up to 05 Years.
According to the IRCON Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Pay Matrix Level the Chief General Manager (S&T) shall be entitled to the Monthly Salary in the Pay Scale notified hereunder:
I) For Non-Functional Higher Grade Administrative Grade (NFHAG) Officer (CGM Level): Rs.182200-224100 (CDA) (Pay Matrix Level 15)
II) For Senior Administrative Grade (SAG)/Non-Functional Senior Administrative Grade (NFSAG) Officer (CGM Level): Rs.144200-218200 (CDA) (Pay Matrix Level 14)
Maximum Age Limit under IRCON Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Maximum Age Limit (As on the Closing Date of receipt of the Applications) stipulated for Chief General Manager (S&T) are narrated hereunder:
Not exceeding 58 (Fifty-Eight) Years.
The IRCON Recruitment 2023 Official Notification mandates the Applicants to have the Eligibility hereunder:
IRSEE (Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers) Officer working in Senior Administrative Grade (SAG)/Non-Functional Senior Administrative Grade (NFSAG)/Senior Grade (SG) Scale with Experience in Construction/Maintaining Sub-Station, Electrical General Service and Railway Electrification. Dealing with various Contractors, Suppliers, Local Authorities and Officials of Clients/Consultants.
Experience: The Officer should have Minimum 20 Years’ Total Experience, out of which 08 Years should be in Projects of Similar nature.
The Selection Procedure for Chief General Manager (S&T) Post(s), in accordance with the IRCON Recruitment 2023 Official Notification mandates an Interview. Only Shortlisted Candidates shall be summoned to appear in the Interview Process.
Engagement Terms: 03 Years from Effective from the Date of Appointment/Joining which stands further Extendable up to 05 Years.
