Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023: Supreme Court of India is inviting online applications from eligible and willing candidates for the post of Law Clerk-cum-Research Associate on a contract basis. As per the official notification of the Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023, the minimum age limit is below 20 years and the maximum age limit is above 30 years. Selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs.80000.

According to the official notification of the Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of Multiple Choice Based Questions, Subjective Written Examination and Interviews by individual Judges. As mentioned in the official notification of the Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023, interested and willing candidates can apply online through the official website before the last date. The application fee is Rs.500 and the application fee will be paid online mode only. The application has already started from 09.04.2023.

In accordance with the official notification of the Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023, the vacancy is open for the post of Law Clerk-cum-Research Associate.

Age Limit for Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of the Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023, candidates should not be below the age of 20 years and above 30 years as on 30.04.2023.

Qualification and Experience for Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of the Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023, the required qualification are mentioned below-

  • The candidate must be a Law Graduate (before taking up the assignment as a Law Clerk) having a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (including an Integrated Degree Course in Law) from any School/College/University/Institution established by law in India and recognized by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as an Advocate.
  • The candidate studying in the fifth year of the Five-Year Integrated Law Course or the third year of the Three-Year Law Course after graduation in any stream will also be eligible to apply, subject to furnishing proof of acquiring Law qualification before taking up the assignment as Law Clerkcum-Research Associate.
  • The candidate must have research and analytical skills, writing abilities, and knowledge of computers, including retrieval of desired information from various search engines/processes such as e-SCR, Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw etc.

Salary for Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023:

Selected candidates will get a monthly remuneration of Rs.80000.

Selection Process for Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023, the selection process will be conducted in 03 phases as mentioned below-

  • Phase 1- Multiple Choice-Based Questions.
  • Phase 2– Subjective Written Examination.
  • Phase 3– Interview by individual Judges.

Application Fee for Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of the Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023, candidates have to pay Rs.500 as an application fee. The fee should be paid online through Payment Gateway provided by UCO Bank.

According to the official notification of the Supreme Court of India Recruitment 2023 notification, interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website before the last date. No other mode of application will be accepted.

The last date to submit the online application is on or before 30.04.2023. An incomplete application will be REJECTED summarily.
