Tata Consumer Products Limited is hiring candidates for an Associate Manger post at their Bangalore location.

Job Description

• Manage various facets on monthly, quarterly and annual analysis for the Group Treasury Desk.
• Working in close coordination with the business finance team (both India and international) and analyzing the monthly balance sheet, cash flow and working capital.
• Liquidity management analysis – Analysis of credit profile, liquidity and returns on the surplus cash. Detailed Portfolio analysis on SLR basis (Safety, Liquidity and Return).
• Preparation of peer comparisons with respect to the above areas
• Ensuring adherence to applicable compliances
• Preparing and streamlining reports and dashboards covering forex exposure, liquidity position, cash forecasting to the front end for better decision making and product mapping.

Candidate Profile

• Should have sound practical knowledge in currency (G10 currencies including INR) & capital markets. Good understanding of treasury processes and global market dynamics.
• Experience in detailed analysis on business wise cash flows and working capital management
• Should be comfortable operating in a cross functional environment (both India and International) as the role would have significant interaction with the international finance organization.
• Should possess good business acumen, analytical skills and understanding on trending in FX and other financial markets. Should have good oral, written communication & presentation skills.
• Should have experience in MS Excel, Word, Power Point and integrated treasury platforms like Reuters, Bloomberg, etc

Desired Experience and Qualification

• Qualification – MBA Finance from a reputed Institute / CFA
• Experience – 2-4 years’ experience working in a Bank / Corporate Treasury of an organization having significant investment & forex portfolio and liquidity management.
• Good to have – Completed Financial Risk Management (FRM) certification course
