TATA Motors Hiring For Senior Manager – Productivity & Operations Analytics. Tata Motors want  to build and maintain strong partnerships across Operations,  HR,  Finance teams & Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as a thought partner with the Operations Team to identify business challenges; use fact-based solutions and data analysis to help influence changes to operations, process or programs; and, champions movement to an organizational ‘Lead with Data’ mindset.
• Analyse business performance around productivity, safety, other operations projects to identify areas of focus. Identify trends and insights from data while leveraging the right analytical tools and techniques to improve current process
• Uses data visualization and storytelling skills to effectively communicate insights and sell ideas within the organization effectively
• Build and maintain strong partnerships across Operations,  HR,  Finance teams
• Develop and drive complex projects across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner

Qualification/Work Experience

• 2+ years of experience in Operations analytics esp. productivity, safety, etc.
• Bachelor’s level degree & above
• Experience working with tools & platforms across the analytic stack including data management, modelling and visualization tools; such as PowerBI/Tableau, Working knowledge of SAP-HR.
• R, Python proficiency
