Tehsildar Court Summoned Lord Shiva to appear before court else Penalty of Rs.10,000 to be Levied Tehsildar Court in Raigarh district of Chhattisgarh has summoned 10 people including Lord Shiva by issuing notices. The Tehsildar has also warned everyone including God in the notice. Failure to attend the hearing can result in a fine of 10 thousand and eviction from possession. Bholenath is accused of illegally occupying the land. This is the second case of giving notice to Lord Shiva in Chhattisgarh. Earlier in November-2021, the Irrigation Department of Janjgir-Champa district had issued a notice to Bholenath asking him to vacate the place. Now God have to appear, Else Penalty of Rs 10,000/- could be levied on him. 16 people Including Shiv Temple are accused Sudha Rajwade had filed a petition in the Bilaspur High Court. In which 16 people including Shiv Mandir in ward number-25 Kohkunda of Raigad city are accused of occupying government land. The matter was heard in the High Court. The court has ordered the state government and the Tehsildar's Office to investigate it. Acting on the order of the High Court, the Tehsildar's office has given notice to 10 people including Shiv Mandir. In the notice issued to the occupants, the name of the Shiva temple is at number six. The notice has not been addressed to the trustee, manager or priest of the temple, but has been issued directly to the Shiva temple i.e. Lord Shankar. Fine of 10 thousand will have to be paid by Lord Shiva if he fails to Appear In the notice sent to Lord Shankar, the Tehsildar Court has issued a warning that under the section of Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, this act of yours comes under the category of crime. You can be punished with a fine of 10 thousand rupees and can be evicted from the occupied land. It has been said in the notice to everyone including Lord Shiva that the hearing of this case has been fixed on March 23. No construction of any kind is allowed in the land during this period. If the answer is not submitted, eviction and penalty action will be taken as per the rules.
