Telangana HC admits Writ challenging GST on Corporate Guarantee
The Telangana High Court in the matter of M/s. GVK Power and lnfra Limited Vs. Union of India has admitted the Writ petition challenging GST on Corporate Guarantee.
The Order Reads as follows:
This petition is admitted for hearing.
Sri B.Mukharjee, learned counsel representing Sri Gadi Praveen Kumar, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India, accepts notice for respondents Nos.1 and 6, and Sri Dominic Fernandes, learned Senior Standing Counsel for CBIC, accepts notice for respondent Nos.2 to 5. Hence, the issuance of notice to the respondents stands dispensed with.
Let counters be filed within a period of six (06) weeks. List this case on 02.05.2024.
Meanwhile, there shall be interim direction as prayed for, till the next date of hearing.
