THDC India Recruitment 2023: THDC Indian Limited (THDCIL) invites applications from bright, dedicated, and result-oriented candidates with good academic records for the post of Executive Trainee (Human Resources & Public Relations). As per the official notification of THDC India recruitment 2023, the total number of vacancies is 17. The shortlisted applicants will be paid monthly depending on their training period as an Executive Trainee in E-2 Grade (Rs. 50,000- 3% – Rs.1,60,000) but they will be paid Rs. 60,000- 3% – Rs.1,80,000 on completion of their training as a Senior Officer in E-3 Grade. The upper age limit for mentioned positions as of 1st March 2023 is 30 years.
As per the official notification of THDC India recruitment 2023, the candidates will be contacted for a personal interview based on their verified identification with their UGC NET admit card from December – June 2022 (Merged Cycles) and UGC-NET Official Score Card. Candidates should bring a valid photo ID to the interview location. The deadline for online registration is March 30, 2023, at 11:59 p.m., however, the deadline for submitting payment information (for registered applicants only) is April 1, 2023, at 17:30 p.m.

As per the official notification of THDC India recruitment 2023, the candidates will be recruited for the above post based on experience and qualifications as mentioned below.
For Executive Trainees – Human Resource
A candidate must have a degree in MBA with Specialization in Personnel Management (HR as the Main or Major Subject) /HRD/HRM with a Minimum 60% mark or Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management/IR/Labour Welfare with minimum 60% marks. He/she must have a minimum of 2 years full-time Post Graduate Diploma in PM&IR/Labour Welfare with a minimum of 60% marks.
For Executive Trainees – Public Relations
An applicant must consist a graduate degree with 2 Year Full-time Post Graduate Degree /Diploma in PR/Mass Communication or Journalism from a recognized Indian University with not less than 60% marks.
