THDCIL Recruitment 2022: THDC India Limited is a leading Power Sector and Profit making Public sector Enterprise and registered as a Public Limited Company in July 88 under the Companies Act, 1956. THDC is hiring candidates for the Additional General Manager in the Discipline of Company Secretary & Hr and Deputy General Manager & Deputy Manager in the discipline of Mining on a Regular Basis. There are 05 vacancies for the above-mentioned posts.
The age limit is between 40 years to 53 years. As per the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2022, the salary will be Rs. 70000 to Rs. 280000. Additional General Manager (Company Secretary)
Graduate and Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India Degree in Law will be added qualification.
Additional General Manager (Human Resources)
MBA with Specialization in Personnel Management (HR as Main or Major Subject) /HRD/HRM with a Minimum of 60% marks or Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management/IR/ Labour Welfare with minimum 60% marks or Minimum 2 years full time Post-Graduate Diploma in PM&IR/Labour Welfare with minimum 60% marks or Masters in Social Work or MHROD from recognized university/Institutes recognized by appropriate statutory authority. Desirable Qualification: LLB
Deputy General Manager (Mining)
Full-Time Degree in Mining Engineering (B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc4yrs.) From a recognized Institute. Valid First-Class Manager’s Certificate from DGMS.
Deputy Manager (Mining)
Full-Time Degree in Mining Engineering (B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc4yrs.) From a recognized Institute. Valid First-Class Manager’s Certificate from DGMS.
Selected Candidates in the post of Additional General Manager in the discipline of the Company Secretary & HR in E-8 Level on a regular basis will be placed at minimum basic pay of Rs. 1,20,000 in the pay scale of Rs. 1,20,000-3%-2,80,000 (IDA).
Selected Candidates in the post of Dy. General Manager (Mining) in E-7 Level on a Regular Basis will be placed at a minimum basic pay scale of Rs 1,00,000-3%-Rs 2,60,000 (IDA)
Selected Candidates in the post of Dy. Manager (Mining) in E-4 Level on a regular basis will be placed at minimum basic pay of Rs. 70,000 in the pay scale of Rs. 70,000-3%-2,00,000 (IDA).

2. Scanned copy of recent passport-size color photograph of the candidate with white background (Size-50 KB & Format-JPG/PNG/PDF)
3. Scanned signature of the candidate. (Size-20 KB & Format-JPG/PNG/PDF). (Signature (in Black ink) against a white background is to be scanned and uploaded in the space earmarked in the online registration form. A candidate is advised to confirm his/her uploaded signature is clearly visible/ identifiable at the appropriate place.)
4. Scanned copy of Marksheet of Class Xth and XIIth Marksheet (Size-125 KB & FormatJPG/PNG/PDF)
