THDC Recruitment 2023: THDC India Limited is inviting applications from bright, dedicated, result oriented, energetic and dynamic ST/SC and OBC category candidates with good academic record for the post of Engineer Trainee (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical). As mentioned in the official notification of THDC recruitment 2023, there are a total of 52 vacancies for the given posts. In accordance with the official notification of THDC recruitment 2023, the upper age limit for SC/ST is 35 years and for OBC is 33 years. The selected candidate for the post of Engineer Trainee will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 50000. The selected candidate will undergo 1 year training as per schedule.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE). According to the official notification of THDC recruitment 2023, interested and eligible candidate can apply online through the official website of THDC. Candidates belonging to OBC category have to pay Rs. 600 as registration fee and SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex-Servicemen/Departmental candidates/Doob Kshetra of THDCIL projects are exempted from payment of fee. The online application have already started on 17.05.23.

These candidates will be absorbed after successful completion of training as Senior Engineer in E-3 Grade in the pay scale of Rs. 60,000-3%-1,80,000 (IDA). During training period besides Basic pay candidates will also be paid Dearness Allowance and will also be entitled for other perquisites & allowances under cafeteria approach. Benefits such as leave, medical treatment for self only (renowned hospitals have been empanelled in Delhi, NCR and at other places), Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity. On regularization, the Compensation package shall include Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Perquisites and Allowance as per cafeteria, Performance Related Pay, Company Leased Accommodation / Company Quarters or HRA, Reimbursement of monthly conveyance expenditure, mobile facility, etc. will be admissible as per company rules in force from time to time.
Candidates applying for THDC recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-
For Engineer Trainee- Civil- Full Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.)/in relevant Discipline from recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not than 65% marks.
For Engineer Trainee Electrical- Full Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.)/in relevant Discipline from recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not than 65% marks.
For Engineer Trainee Mechanical- Full Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.)/in relevant Discipline from recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not than 65% marks.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) and Interview.
Candidates must qualify in the Personal Interview in order to be considered for the empanelment.
Candidates belonging to OBC category have to pay Rs. 600 as registration fee and SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex-Servicemen/Departmental candidates/Doob Kshetra of THDCIL projects are exempted from payment of fee.
