THDC Indian Limited (THDCIL) invites candidates for the post of General Manager in (Civil and Electrical discipline), Manager, and Dy. Manager. There are 05 vacancies for the post.

Age Limit for THDC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, the post-wise age limit is mentioned below.

For General Manager (Civil) and(Electrical) post the maximum age limit is 55 years
For the Manager (IT) post the maximum age limit is 45 years
For Dy. Manager (IT) post the maximum age limit is 40 years

Qualification for THDC Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the Official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, Candidates applying for the THDC Recruitment 2023 must have the following qualification.

General Manager (Civil)

Full-Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.)/ in relevant Discipline from a recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India.

General Manager (Electrical discipline)

Full-Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.)/ in relevant Discipline from a recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India.

Manager

Full-Time B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg./Technology)/MCA/ Level “B” examination in Computer Science/ IT from a recognized Indian University or Institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not less than 60% marks.

Dy. Manager

Full-Time B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg./Technology)/MCA/ Level “B” examination in Computer Science/ IT from a recognized Indian University or Institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not less than 60% marks.

Application for THDC Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, applicants belonging to the General and OBC/EWS categories need to pay an Application Fee of Rs.600 online mode.No fee for SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex-Servicemen/Departmental candidates.

Salary for THDC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, Selected candidates will get the annual CTC between Rs.18 lacs to Rs.40 lacs.

• Candidates in the post of General Manager in the discipline of Civil & Electrical in E-8 Level regularly will be placed at minimum basic pay of Rs. 120000 in the pay scale of Rs. 120000-3%-280000.
• Selected Candidates in the post of Manager in IT in E-5 Level on a regular basis will be placed at minimum basic pay of Rs. 80000 in the pay scale of Rs. 80000-3%-220000.
• Selected Candidates in the post of Deputy Manager in IT at E-4 Level on a regular basis will be placed at minimum basic pay of Rs. 70000 in the pay scale of Rs. 70000-3%-200000.

Selection Procedure for THDC Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of THDC Recruitment 2023, the selection of candidates will be on the basis of experience in the respective field and performance in the interview.

Candidates will be shortlisted as per a ratio of 1:5.

Personal Interviews will be conducted for all eligible candidates.
