THDC Recruitment 2024: THDC is willing to recruit bright, dedicated, result oriented, energetic and dynamic candidates for the position of Engineer Trainee under the department of (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics and Instrumentation. The number of vacancies open for the THDC Recruitment 2024 post is 100. Candidates willing to apply for THDC Recruitment 2024 should not be more than 30 years. In order to apply for THDC Recruitment 2024, the applicant must have B.E/B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.) degree in relevant Discipline from recognized University or institute recognized. A monthly remuneration between Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1,80,000 will be given to the selected candidate for THDC Recruitment 2024. The duration of training is for 01 year.

The selected candidate for THDC Recruitment 2024 will be given a monthly remuneration between Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1,80,000. During the training period besides Basic pay candidates will also be paid Dearness Allowance and will also be entitled for other perquisites & allowances under cafeteria approach. Benefits such as leave medical treatment for self only (renowned hospitals have been empanelled in Delhi, NCR and at other places), Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity. On regularization, the Compensation package shall include Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Perquisites and Allowance as per cafeteria, Performance Related Pay, Company Leased Accommodation / Company Quarters or HRA, Reimbursement of monthly conveyance expenditure, mobile facility, etc. will be admissible as per company rules in force from time to time. The Corporation also offers excellent facilities like short and long term Loans & Advances including House Building Advance, Car Loan, Computer/Laptop loan, Medical facilities for self and dependents, Group Insurance, PF, Gratuity and Pension.

Candidates must have Full Time B.E/B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg.) degree in relevant Discipline from recognized University or institute recognized by appropriate statutory authority in India with not than 60% marks to be eligible for THDC Recruitment 2024.
