For Management Trainee (Material)-

• The candidate should have an MBA in Materials Management/ Post Graduate Diploma (2 years) in Materials Management from a recognized university/Institute with a minimum of 60% marks.

For Management Trainee (Finance and Accounts)-

• The candidate should have a CA/ICWA/CMA from a recognized Institute.

Selection Process for MOIL Recruitment 2024:

The selection of MOIL Recruitment 2024 will be determined on the basis of a Computer-based Online Test and Personal Interview. The date, time and venue of the Computer Based Test will be informed later by issuing the admit cards. The candidates can download their admit cards from the official website. No TA/DA will be paid to any candidate (including SC / ST /OBC/ EWS/PwBD candidate) for appearing in the computer-based Online Test. The Computer Based Online Test will be held in Bengaluru, New Delhi/NCR, Kolkata, Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane /MMR Region, Chennai, Hyderabad, Raipur, Bhopal and Nagpur.

Application Fee for MOIL Recruitment 2024:

Candidates who belong to General/EWS/OBC (Creamy Layer and Non-Creamy Layer) have to pay Rs.590 including GST as an application fee to complete the application for MOIL Recruitment 2024. The SC/ST/PwBD/EXS/Employees of MOIL are exempted from the payment of the application fee. The payment will be made online.
