MCA Vide its notification No. G.S.R. 48 dated 20th January 2018 issued on 25th January 2018 has amended The Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Amendment Rules, 2018 Highlights of the rules are as follows: 1) Introduction of RUN Reserve Unique Name Web service for name reservation, which will be launched on 26.01.2018. 2) Zero Fee for incorporation of all companies with authorized capital upto Rs. 10 lakh. 3) Re-engineering the process of allotment of DIN by allotting it through the combined SPICe form only at the time of an individuals appointment as Director (in case he/she doesnt have a DIN).
