TNPSC Recruitment 2023: Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) is inviting eligible applicants to fill up the position of Assistant Jailor (Men) and Assistant Jailor (Women) in Prisons & Correctional Services Department included in the Tamil Nadu Jail Subordinate Service, there are 59 vacancies for this recruitment drive. As mentioned in the Official notification of TNPSC Recruitment 2023, the minimum age limit for the Assistant Jailor (Men) and Assistant Jailor (Women)post is 18 years and the maximum age limit for the Assistant Jailor (Men) is 32 years, and for Assistant Jailor (Women)post, there is no maximum age limit for women applying to this job.
In accordance with the official notification of TNPSC Recruitment 2023, applicants will be selected on the basis of a written examination. Applicants need to pay an examination fee of Rs.100 for the written examination. Eligible and Interested candidates should apply only online mode in the commission’s website by uploading all the relevant documents within the allotted time i.e. 11th May 2023 till 11:59 pm, after which the link will be disabled. The online application correction window period is from 16.05.2023 – 12.01 A.M. to 18.05.2023 – 11.59 P.M.
