DRDO Recruitment 2023: The Integrated Test Range (ITR), Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence, Government of India has invited Mail Applications from Young and Meritorious Candidates Eligible for Engagement as Junior Research Fellow (JRF) on a Temporary Basis post-Appointment for working in Integrated Test Range, Chandipur, Balasore (Odisha) vide this DRDO Recruitment 2023 Official Notification Dated 07.04.2023. Based on the DRDO Recruitment 2023 Official Notification those Eligible among the Youth may apply following the Instructions explained in the DRDO Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement.

Engagement Terms: Initially 02 Years and extendable up to Maximum 05 Years
According to the DRDO Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement, to be appointed in Junior Research Fellow Post shall be entitled to a Fixed Fellowship as follows:
Fellowship Emoluments: Rs. 31000 (Consolidated) Per Month with Applicable HRA and Medical Facilities.
The Age Limit for General Merit Candidates as on the Closing Date of Application submission 26.04.2023 is as follows:
Age Limit: Not exceeding 28 Years for Open Market Candidates.
Relaxation in the Upper Age Limits for Reserved Community Candidates as per the Government Rules.
The Eligibility Criteria comprising Essential and Desirable Qualifications is as explained hereunder:
Bachelor’s Degree (B.Engg/B.Tech with ECE/ETC/E&I/AE&I) in 1st Division with Valid GATE Score. (Or)
Master’s Degree (M.Engg/M.Tech with ECE/ETC/E&I/AE&I) in 1st Division Both at Graduate and Post Graduate Levels.
The Selection Criteria for DRDO Junior Research Fellow Post shall be carried through by Shortlisting followed by Video-Conferencing (VC) Or Physical Mode (PM)/In-Person (IP). The Shortlisted Candidates will be intimated through SMS/Email.
Engagement Terms: The Junior Research Fellow is Temporary and Maximum Tenure is 05 (Five) Years. The Initial Tenure will span 02 (Two) Years and will subsequently be elevated to Senior Research Fellow for the remaining 03 (Three) Years subject to the Incumbent’s Individual Satisfactory Performance to be assessed as per the DRDO (Defence Research Development Organisation) Guidelines.
