Pay Matrix Level under RLDA Recruitment 2023:

According to the RLDA Recruitment 2023 Official Vacancy Notice for RLDA  Manager/Assistant Manager (Design) Posts, Appropriately Suitable Officer selected on the Opted Post/s  shall be entitled to the Monthly Salary under the Pay Scale Level 11/09 of the 7th Central Pay Commission applicable thereto and is also mentioned hereunder:

01) Manager (Design) Post: Pay Matrix Level: 11

02) Manager (Design) Post: Pay Matrix Level: 09 

Explained: One Scale Higher than Parent Grade up to Pay Matrix Level 13 or Deputation Allowance, if posted in the same Grade, is Permissible. Railway Accommodation, TADK or Care-Taker Allowance and Other Benefits as per the RLDA Policy.

Eligibility Criteria for RLDA Recruitment 2023:

Specific Requirements comprising Educational Qualifications and Experience are explained hereunder:

I) Manager (Design) Post:

Specific Requirement: Working on Analogous Post or a Group ‘A’ Group ‘B’ Gazetted Officer Working on Regular Posts in Pay Level 10/09/08 (7th Central Pay Commission) from Civil Engineering (Technical) Cadre of the Indian Railways/Central Government/State Government/Public Sector Undertakings of the Central Government/State Government/Public Sector Enterprises/Statutory Authorities; And

Educational Qualification: Having a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; With

Post-Professional Qualification Experience: 05 Years’ Service in Group ‘A’/Group ‘B’ with Minimum 05 Years’ Experience on Working of Design of Building/Bridge and Structures;

II) Assistant Manager (Design)Post:

Specific Requirement: Working in Civil Engineering (Technical) Cadre of the Indian Railways/ Central Government/State Government on Regular Post in Pay Level 07/08 (7th Central Pay Commission) Or Equivalent thereof in the Public Sector Undertakings of the Central Government/State Government/Public Sector Enterprises/Statutory Authorities; And

Educational Qualification: Having a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; With

Post-Professional Qualification Experience: 03 Years’ Service in Group ‘A’/Group ‘B’ with Minimum 05 Years’ Experience on Working of Design of Building/Bridge and Structures; Or

Working in Civil Engineering (Technical) Cadre of the Indian Railways/Central Government/State Government on Regular Post in Pay Level 07/08 (7th Central Pay Commission) Or Equivalent thereof in the Public Sector Undertakings of the Central Government/State Government/Public Sector Enterprises/Statutory Authorities; And

Educational Qualification: Having a Diploma in Civil Engineering; With

Post-Professional Qualification Experience: 05 Years’ Service in Group ‘A’/Group ‘B’ with Minimum 05 Years’ Experience on Working of Design of Building/Bridge and Structures.

Others: One Scale Higher than Parent Grade up to Pay Matrix Level 13 or Deputation Allowance, if posted in the same Grade, is Permissible. Railway Accommodation/Railway Passes are Permissible for Railways Officers, among others as per the RLDA Policy.

Desirable: 

i) Previous Experience of Planning & Executive of Land/Estate

ii) Experience of Working in Organization/Area connected with Land Management

iii) Experience in Tendering Work

iv) Knowledge of Computer Operations

Selection Process under RLDA Recruitment 2023:

Suitable and Eligible Candidates will be shortlisted prior to being called in for Viva-voce/Personal Interaction/Interview for Both Notified Posts.

Even Selection for Both Posts Manager/Assistant Manager (Design) will be carried out on the Overall Suitability Deputationist Appointments will remain on the Normal Deputation Terms. the Appointments shall remain Initially 03 Years and subsequently Extendable by 02 Years, aggregating 05-Years’ Deputation Tenure.  Deputation Based Initial Term shall be 03 Years and subsequent Extensions for 4th and 5th Years will be extended by Vice Chairman, Rail Land Development Authority (VC/RLDA).
