Tenure– The appointment is for a period of 2 years subject to project requirements and individual performance.

Age Limit for UCSL Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of UCSL recruitment 2023, the age limit is given below-

For Rigging Supervisor and Scaffolding Supervisor- The maximum age limit is 55 years.

For Store Keeper- The maximum age limit is 40 years.

For Admin Assistant- The maximum age limit is 30 years.

Qualification for UCSL Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for UCSL recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-

For Rigging Supervisor-

Minimum Qualification Pass in SSLC

Experience– Minimum of Five years experience in Rigging of which three years in the rigging of heavy-duty machine parts, assisting in the erection of machinery/ equipment, etc. Good knowledge of splicing work of wirropes.

 For Scaffolding Supervisor- 

Minimum Qualification Pass in SSLC

Experience- Minimum of Five years experience in general structural / scaffolding/rigging work. Or a Minimum of Five years experience in Manufacturing industries/ Sheet Metal Worker/Pipe Fitter (Plumber)/Fitter.

For Store Keeper-

Minimum QualificationPass in 12th Standard .( PUC)

Minimum Five years post-qualification experience in storekeeping in a Shipyard or Engineering Company or Manufacturing Industries

For Admin Assistant- 

Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (other than Fine Arts/ Performing Arts) or Science or Commerce Computer Applications or Business Administration, with a minimum of 60% of marks from a recognized University.

Experience– Minimum two years post qualification experience in matters relating to Office work, Data entry, Record and Report Generation, maintenance of files, registers and records in a Public / Private sector Commercial Organization

Selection Procedure for UCSL Recruitment 2023:

All the applications received will be shortlisted on the basis of qualification and shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

The method of selection for the posts shall be Objective/Descriptive/Practical and Personal Interviews. The weights are assigned to the following parameters for the final selection:

• Practical Test – 50% weightage
• Personal Interview – 50% weightage
