The company’s headquarters is located in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. SECL has recently advertised the position of Director (Personnel) on a regular basis for their organization. The vacancy is set to occur on 1st February 2024, and the selected candidate will be a part of the Board of Directors of SECL, reporting to the Chairman and Managing Director of the organization.
As per SECL Recruitment 2023 official notification, the Director (Personnel) will be responsible for implementing personnel and industrial relations policies, management functions, administrative control, and coordinating various aspects of HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations in the organization. To be eligible for the position, the applicant must be a Graduate with good academic records and possess a Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management/ Human Resources Management or Masters in Business Administration (MBA)/ Post Graduate Diploma/Programme in Management (PGDM/PGPM) from a recognized University/Institution. Additionally, the applicant should have at least five years of cumulative experience/exposure during the last ten years in various aspects of HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations in an organization/establishment. The selected candidate will be appointed for a period of five years from the date of joining or until the date of superannuation, whichever is earlier.
