UDIN Issue Now Resolved on Income Tax E-Filing Portal

The problem with updating UDIN (Unique Document Identification Number) on the Income Tax e-Filing Portal has now been resolved. The ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) Members can update or link their UDIN without any issues while filing or updating the forms.

Earlier, some professionals faced problems while trying to update their UDIN while filing or updating forms on the Income Tax e-Filing Portal. The UDIN Directorate has confirmed through an official communication that the UDIN update and link issue has been fixed now.

The UDIN Directorate thanked all members for their patience and cooperation. The members are urged to reach out through email ([email protected]) if they still face any problems trying to update their UDIN. They must submit the details and a screenshot to the given email to get their problems resolved.
