The officers from the Central Government holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department, or with two years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level 9 of the 7th Central Pay Commission ( 53100 – Rs. 167800), or with five years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level-8 of the 7th Central Pay Commission (Rs. 47600 – Rs. 151100).
The Officers from State or Union Territory (UT) Government, a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), or an Autonomous organization holding a regular post in corresponding grades with the requisite experience
The Professional qualifications of Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant/MBA (Finance) or
The candidate should have passed the SAS/equivalent examination of the organized Accounts Cadre of the Central/State Government or Have successfully completed Cash & Accounts Training organized by ISTM.
Desirable-
The candidate should have experience working in finance, accounting, budgeting, etc.
The candidate should have Basic skills for working in a computerized office environment.
