UIDAI Scaling up Capacity building of Aadhaar Operators; Focus on Improving Residents Experience
Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has embarked on a nationwide capacity building drive to augment efficiency of thousands of Aadhaar operators across the country.
By informing the operators about the most recent improvements to the Aadhaar ecosystem norms and procedures, the exercise will enhance the ecosystem even more. It will also reduce operator-level mistakes throughout the enrollment, update, and authentication processes. Most significantly, it will enhance residents' experiences even further.
The UIDAI has already held almost two dozen training sessions as part of the effort across a number of States and Union Territories, including North-Eastern States, over the course of the previous few months. Operators must have a thorough awareness of procedures, rules, and policies since they operate on the ground and are in charge of enrollment, updates, and authentications.
The almost 3,500 operators and master trainers who have previously attended training sessions now have access to the most recent information and procedures for enrolment, update, and authentication operations. They can start the process of information distribution and distribute the learned knowledge even farther.
Additionally, the UIDAI will conduct over 100 more of these full-day training courses this year throughout all of the States and Union Territories.
These partners' thorough understanding of the Aadhaar ecosystem and behavioural change will enable residents at enrolment/update centres across the nation to have a better experience.
