Overview:

Unilever is hiring an experienced IT Service Performance Assistant Manager at their Bengaluru location. IT Service Performance Assistant Manager manages all the activities of IT service performance operations including business partnering with the functional contacts for onboarding the lean governance, lean and coordinated metrics and reporting them for continuous improvement and tracking and reporting all the IT Service performance metrics on a regular basis. This role is responsible to land refined IT Service Performance construct to suit the current context of organizational changes and demands.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Refresh IT metrics on yearly basis to revise for current goals

Monthly IT metric updates in the IT Service Management system

Business partner with functional contacts to drive IT Service Performance culture initiatives like lean governance

Ensure management of all IT Metrics across different verticals, their meaningful consumption & drive actions

Maintain & Deliver IT Service Performance Reporting Pack for IT leadership and follow through on actions

Bring industry best practices on IT Service Performance to Unilever.

Eligibility:

Solid critical-thinking and decision-making skills

Proficient in finding creative solutions to IT Reporting issues

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to collaborate with and lead colleagues

Excellent Stakeholder Management skills.

Excellent Presentation & Story Telling skills

Logical and Analytical mindset for issue resolution
