Qualification for Union Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

As per the Union Bank of India Recruitment notification, The post-wise qualifications are mentioned below;

External Faculties

The candidates should have;

• Full-time Post-Graduation from a recognized university in the domain relevant to the position with first class
• Preference will be given to those having MBA with teaching experience in the Executive Education Domain along with Ph.D. / M. Phil.
• Preference will be given to those having additional relevant qualifications and certifications in their respective domains.

Academicians

The candidates should have;

• Full-time Post-Graduation from the recognized university in the domain relevant to the position with first class
• Preference will be given to those having MBA with teaching experience in the Executive Education Domain along with a Ph.D. degree.
• Preference will be given to those having additional relevant qualifications and certifications in their respective domains.

Industry Advisors

The candidates should have;

• Full-time Post-Graduation from the recognized university in the domain relevant to the position with first class
• Preference will be given to those having MBA with teaching experience in the Executive Education Domain along with a Ph.D. degree.
• Preference will be given to those having additional relevant qualifications and certifications in their respective domains.

External ULA Heads

The candidates should have;

• Full-time Post-Graduation from a recognized university in the domain relevant to the position with first class
• Preference will be given to those having MBA with teaching experience in the Executive Education Domain along with a Ph.D. degree.
• Preference will be given to those having additional relevant qualifications and certifications in their respective domains.

Age Limit for Union Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

As per the Union Bank of India Recruitment official notification, the post-wise age limits are given below;

For External ULA Heads

The minimum age limit to apply for the External ULA Heads posts is 30 years and the maximum age limit is 60 years.

For Academicians, Industry Advisors and External Faculties

The minimum age limit to apply for the Academicians, Industry Advisors and External Faculties posts is 28 years and the maximum age limit is 60 years.

For Domain Experts 

The minimum age limit to apply for the Domain Experts post is 35 years and the maximum age limit is 55 years.

Remuneration for Union Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

The remuneration to the selected candidates will be offered based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience and overall suitability for the respective posts based on the negotiations and shall not be a limiting factor for a suitable candidate. The compensation will be on a CTC basis.

Selection Procedure for Union Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

The selection procedures are mentioned below;

(i) The selection of the candidates will be based on shortlisting and interviews. Mere fulfilling minimum qualifications and experience will not vest any right in a candidate for being called for an interview.

(ii) The Shortlisting Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, an adequate number of candidates,
as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for an interview.

(iii) The decision of the bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

(iv) The names of candidates shortlisted for interview & subsequent selection shall be published on Bank’s website. Intimation/ call letter for
interview will be sent by email or will be uploaded on Bank’s website. NO HARD COPY WILL BE SENT.

(v) The final appointment will be based on the decision of the Selection Committee constituted for the purpose.

(vi) Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in the interview only. In case more than one
candidate scores the cut-off marks (common marks at the cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending
order, in merit.

Application Fee for Union Bank of India Recruitment 2023:

As per the official recruitment notification, the application fee for GEN/EWS/ OBC Candidates is Rs. 750 and the application fee for SC/ST/PWD Candidates is Rs. 150.
