As per the UPMRCL Recruitment 2023 official notification, there is only 01 vacancy for the post of Director (Work and Infrastructure).

Qualification Required for UPMRCL Recruitment 2023:

The applicant should have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Govt. a recognized Institute/ University. Candidates having MBA or master’s degree in civil engineering from Govt. a recognized Institute/ University will be given preference.

Experience Required for UPMRCL Recruitment 2023:

An applicant from the Government or public sector should have a minimum of 20 years of experience in Group ‘A’ or equivalent executive grade. Applicants should have worked for at least 2 years in the pay scale of Rs. 1,20,000-2,80,000 (Revised IDA) or in SA Grade Rs. 1,44,200-2,18,200 in Pay level 14 of the revised CDA in Government / PSU. An applicant currently not in Government or public sector, but having earlier experience of at least 20 years in Group ‘A’ or equivalent executive grade in the Government or public sector, shall also be eligible. Subject to fulfilling other requirements, candidates from listed private sector companies would be considered if the annual turnover is Rupees One Thousand Crores or more. (The Average audited annual turnover of three financial years preceding the calendar year in which the post is advertised shall be considered for applying the approved limits). An applicant should have a minimum of 5 (five) years of experience out of the 20 years mentioned above at senior level in planning and construction of multi-disciplinary Railway projects, preferably in an urban environment such as Metro / MRTS including experience in land acquisition and rehabilitation of project affected persons. The applicant should have extensive experience preparing tenders/contract document management of important engineering structures such as bridges/tunnels. The applicant should be well versed in Safety aspects relating to Railway/ Metro/ MRTS Construction and Operations.

Desirable:

Candidates having experience in underground constructions including tunnels, the experience of all phases of the project on international contracts i.e planning, tender document preparation, bidding, execution, commissioning, post- commissioning etc. will be given preference. Experience and knowledge of complying with project-related requirements of international funding institutions. The applicant should have experience and knowledge of coordinating and interfacing with Railway related disciplines such as track installation, signaling, electrification and rolling stock etc.

Age Limit for UPMRCL Recruitment 2023:

As per the UPMRCL Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates applying for the above-mentioned job post should have crossed the age of 45 years and the maximum age limit for this job post is 57 years.

Salary for UPMRCL Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidate will get a monthly salary of Rs. 180000-340000 along with other allowances /perks /privileges as applicable for the post as per UPMRC rules. Officers on deputation will be paid as per Central Government rules for deputation, besides perks and allowances as admissible by UPMRC.

Tenure for UPMRCL Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidate will be on a Contract / Deputation basis, for a period of 05 years or till the date of Superannuation whichever is earlier. The director’s age for superannuation will be 62 years

Selection Process for UPMRCL Recruitment 2023:

As per UPMRCL Recruitment 2023 Notification Candidates will be selected through a Personal Interview, Document Verification and Medical Examination. The candidates will be shortlisted for an interview, based on their eligibility as per pay scale/ qualifications/ experience in the relevant field.
