As is notified in the IRCTC Recruitment 2023 Official Advertisement the Officer appointed as Assistant General Manager (Public Relations & Corporate Coordination) shall be entitled to Monthly Salary mentioned hereunder:
Monthly Salary: Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance (As Applicable) and all other Perks and Allowances Applicable according to the IRCTC Policy.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 Plus Grade Pay Rs. 7600 (6th CPC)/Pay Level 12 (7th CPC) in CDA Pattern Or Pay Scale Rs.90000-240000 Or Equivalent (IDA Pattern)
The Maximum Age Limit in accordance with the IRCTC Recruitment 2023 Official Notification as on the Closing Date 12.05.2023, is as follows:

Specific Requirements:
I) Educational Qualification: 02-Years’ Post Graduation Degree in Business Administration/PGDM/Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication/Journalism/ Advertising and Public Relations from the Government Accredited University/Institute
II) Experience: Minimum 10-Years’ Relevant Working Experience with Minimum 02 Years in the capacity of E-5 or Equivalent Level in the Ministries or any other Government Organisation.
Selection for Appointment into the Assistant General Manager (Public Relations and Corporate Coordination) Post shall be carried out by Deputation. for 03 Years or till IRCTC remains exempted from the Rule of Immediate Absorption, whichever being Earlier.
