UPSC CAPF’s AC Examination Postponed; Check Detail

CAPF’s Assistant Commandant Exam Postponed: The High Court of Delhi ordered to postpone of the PST, PET, MST & RME of Assistant Commandant, CAPFs (AC) Examination 2022 which was notified to be held on 21st, November 2022. Delhi High Court has passed this order on the Writ Petition No WP ( C ) 5877/2022 filled by Diwakar Pande & Ors. UPSC CAPF’s 2022

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the notification about the Central Armed Police Forces Examination (2022) to recruit the post of Assistant Commandant (AC). The selection process of CAPF AC is in three stages named a written exam, a medical test, and the interview/Personality Round. 1. The First Stage is the written exam. The UPSC AC written examination includes two papers.

2. Applicants who will qualify for the written test will be selected for the next round of the UPSC AC Selection process 2022 which is Physical Standards/Physical Efficiency Tests and Medical Standard Tests.

3. The last stage of the selection process is a personality test.

CAPF AC Written Exam 2022

The first phase of the UPSC CAPF AC Selection Process 2022 will be the written exam. To advance to the next step of the CAPF AC Selection Process, candidates must achieve the cutoff marks in this phase. Paper-I and Paper II of the UPSC CAPF AC Written Exam 2022 will each have two papers. General intelligence and ability make up Paper-I, while general studies, essays, and comprehension make up Paper II.

1. UPSC CAPF AC Paper-I will consist of objective-type questions and UPSC CAPF Paper -II will be in descriptive nature.

2. UPSC CAPF AC written exam 2022 will be conducted for a total of 450 marks.

3. Paper I will have questions in English and Hindi.

4. Paper II will include questions in English only.

UPSC CAPF Exam Pattern

CAPF AC Physical Standard Test (PST) 2022

Candidates must meet specific physical requirements as outlined in the official notification in order to be eligible to apply for the UPSC CAPF AC recruitment in 2022. Candidates who do not meet the required UPSC CAPF AC physical requirements for 2022 will not be considered for the position.

1. Physical Standard Tests (PST), Physical Efficiency Tests, and Medical Standards Tests make up Stage 2 of the UPSC CAPF AC Selection Process 2022.

2. The requirements for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) are different for male and female candidates.

UPSC CAPF Physical Efficiency Test

Candidates who pass the UPSC CAPF AC written exam in 2022 are qualified to move on to this step. The candidate’s physical abilities will be evaluated during this round of the CAPF AC Selection Procedure 2022. A prerequisite test is the UPSC CAPF AC Physical Efficiency Test (PST) and Medical Examination. Candidates must fulfill the requirements for the Union Public Service Commission’s Physical Efficiency Test (PST), which are as follows:

UPSC AC Medical Exam 2022

Candidates must be in good physical and mental health in order to participate in the UPSC CAPF AC Recruitment Process in 2022. The candidate’s entire body should be in good physical condition.

A candidate who has had LASIK must satisfy the following requirements:

1. AGE: 18-35 years

2. Pre-LASIK error: 6 D

3. Axial-Length: 21-26 mm.

4. Corneal thickness: 425 microns

5. Post-operative: stable period refractive flap

6. Interval- 6 months (post-operative period)

UPSC CAPF AC Personality Test 2022:

The UPSC CAPF AC Physical Standard Test and Physical Efficiency Test-eligible candidates will be contacted for this round. The UPSC CAPF AC Personality Test carries 150 points in total. Eligible applicants must get an e-admit card from the official website before taking the personality test.

1. An interview panel of four, including the chairperson and additional members with significant expertise, will conduct the UPSC CAPF AC Interview Round in 2022.

2. Questions in the CAPF AC interview round of 2022 will be based on data from the Detailed Application Form (which is to be filled by the candidate).

3. Candidates will be required to provide original certificates and copies that have been self-attested to the interview or on the day of the interview.

4. If these documents are not submitted in accordance with the required standards, the candidacy will be revoked.
