Post Name and Vacancies for UPSC Recruitment 2023:

UPSC is looking for qualified candidates for the posts of Assistant Director, Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor, Assistant Architect, Driller-In Charge, Engineer and Ship Surveyor-Cum-Deputy Director General. There are 25 vacancies for the given post.

Age Limit for UPSC Recruitment 2023:

The age restriction for UPSC Recruitment 2023 is given below-

Assistant Director and Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor-

• The maximum age limit is 40 years.

Assistant Architect- 

• The maximum age limit is 33 years.

Driller-In-Charge-

• The maximum age limit is 30 years.

Engineer- 

• The maximum age limit is 50 years.

Ship Surveyor-Cum-Deputy Director General- 

• The maximum age limit is 48 years.

Salary for UPSC Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidate for UPSC Recruitment 2023 will be given a monthly honorarium as mentioned below-

Assistant Director and Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor-

• The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary in pay level 11.

Assistant Architect and Driller-In-Charge- 

• The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary in pay level 08.

Engineer and Ship Surveyor-Cum-Deputy Director General- 

• The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary in pay level 12.

Qualification for UPSC Recruitment 2023:

The given below is the qualification and experience required to apply for UPSC Recruitment 2023.

For Assistant Director-

• The applicant should have a Bachelor of Engineering or Technology in Electronics or Electronics and Communication or Electronics and Telecommunication or Electronics and Electrical from a recognized University or Institution.

Experience–

• The applicant should have a total combined Five years of experience in all the following fields taken together
• Working experience in Communication, Navigation and Surveillance Systems which may include Satellite Communication Systems.
• Experience in regulatory audits/ technical audits/ quality audits pertaining to Communication, Navigation and Surveillance Systems.
• Maintenance and inspection of Communication, Navigation and Surveillance Systems.

For Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Endocrinology)-

• The applicant should have a recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
• The applicant should have a Post-Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or super specialty mentioned in Section A of Schedule VI from a recognized Teaching Institute i.e. Doctorate of Medicine(Endocrinology) or Diplomate National Board ( Endocrinology) or Doctor of Medicine(Medicine/Paediatrics) with two years special training in Endocrinology or Diplomate National Board(Medicine/Paediatrics) with two years special training in Endocrinology.

Experience-

• The applicant should have at least three years of teaching experience as a Senior Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar or Assistant Professor or Lecturer in the concerned Specialty or Super Specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first Post Graduate degree.

For Assistant Architect-

• The applicant should have a Degree in Architecture from a recognized University or Institution and be registered with the Council of Architecture as an Architect.

For Driller-in-Charge-

• The applicant should have a Degree in Drilling/Mining/Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering/Petroleum Engineering from a University recognized by the Government of India, Ministry of Human Resources Development, All India Council for Technical Education, University Grants Commission, Indira Gandhi National Open University or State Government.
• The applicant must have 01-year experience in the operation and maintenance of drilling rigs. OR
  The applicant must have a Diploma in Drilling/Mining/Mechanical/Civil/Electrical /Petroleum Engineering from a University recognized by the Government of India, Ministry of Human Resources Development, All India Council for Technical Education, University Grants Commission, Indira Gandhi National Open University or State Government.
• The candidate must have 05 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of drilling rigs.
