UPSC Recruitment 2024: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is seeking eligible and willing candidates to fill out the post of Combined Geo-Scientist Examination in Category I and Category II. Based on the official notification UPSC Recruitment 2024, applicant will be selected for the Combined Geo-Scientist Examination will consist of three successive stages; Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, followed by Personality Test/Interview. The Main Examination will be held on the 21st and 22nd of June 2025 and the Main Examination will be held in Bhopal, Chennai, Delhi, Dispur (Guwahati), Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai and Shimla.
As given in the official notification of UPSC Recruitment 2024, there are 85 vacant seats for the given position. Candidates belonging to the Female/SC /ST/Persons with Benchmark Disability category need not pay any Application Fee, whereas the rest others need to pay a Fee of Rs.200 via online mode by using Visa/Master/RuPay Credit/Debit Card/UPI Payment or by using Internet Banking of any Bank. The minimum age limit for the assigned position is 21 years and the maximum age limit should not be more than 32 years. Eligible applicants who meet the requirements mentioned above should fill out the Online Application form by visiting the official website on or before the due date.
