Post Name and Vacancies for UPSC Recruitment 2024:

In accordance with the official notification of UPSC Recruitment 2024, there are 03 openings to be filled for the post of Specialist Grade III (Paediatric Surgery).

Age Limit for UPSC Recruitment 2024:

To apply for UPSC Recruitment 2024, the age criteria are listed below-

• For EWS candidates- Not exceeding 40 years as on normal closing date.
• For Scheduled Castes candidates– Not exceeding 45 years as on normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them.
• For Other Backward Classes candidates– Not exceeding 43 years as on the normal closing date in respect of the vacancies reserved for them.
• The age limit is relaxable for regularly appointed Central/U.T. Government Servants up to Five years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time.

Qualification and Experience for UPSC Recruitment 2024:

Candidates must have the required qualifications and experience for applying to UPSC Recruitment 2024 as described below-

• The applicant should have a recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956).
• The applicant should have a Post-graduate Degree in the concerned Speciality or Super-speciality mentioned in Section-A of Schedule VI of CHS Rules from a recognized teaching institute i.e., Magister Chirurguie( Paediatric Surgery) or Diplomate National Board( Paediatric Surgery).

Experience-

• The applicant must have 03 years of experience in the concerned specialty or super-specialty after obtaining the first Post-graduate degree.

Probation Period for UPSC Recruitment 2024:

Based on the official notification of UPSC Recruitment 2024, the chosen candidates will be engaged for a probation period of 01 year.

Salary for UPSC Recruitment 2024:

The selected candidates for UPSC Recruitment 2024 will be provided a monthly salary on Level-11 (Rs. 67700-208700) plus NPA.
