UPUMS Recruitment 2023 for 83 Vacancies: Check Posts, Qualification, and Other Details
UPUMS Recruitment 2023: The Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences invites applications from all categories of qualified Indian citizens for regular/ contractual appointments as Professors, Associate Professors, and Assistant Professors in different wide and super-specialty departments. As per the official notification of UPUMS Recruitment 2023, there are 83 vacancies. The candidate must have an M.S./M.D. or an equivalent qualification as defined by the N.M.C. or the former MCI. The maximum age required is 70 years.
According to the UPUMS Recruitment 2023 notification, candidates can apply online through the official website from February 28, 2023 and no other mode of application will be accepted. According to the UPUMS Official Notification, the salary for Professors is Rs.159100, Associate Professors are Rs.131400, and Assistant Professors are Rs.101500. The interview will take place on the dates that will be announced later. Experience will be calculated as of the application’s closing date of February 28, 2023.

According to the UPUMS Recruitment 2023 official notification,
The age limit for Assistant Professor/Associate Professor is 60 years as of 01-07-2022 (Relaxation will be admissible as per U.P. Govt. Rules) Professor: No upper age limit, the candidate can work up to 70 years.
As per the Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences Recruitment 2023 notification, the Qualification is mentioned below.
Professor: The candidate must have an M.S./M.D. or an equivalent qualification as defined by the N.M.C. or the former MCI. Three years of teaching experience (after MD/MS or similar stuff) in the topic as a Senior Resident at a recognized/approved/permitted medical college/teaching institution.
Associate Professors: The candidate must have an M.S./M.D. or an equivalent qualification as defined by the N.M.C. or the former MCI. Four years of teaching experience as an Assistant Professor at a recognized/approved/permitted Medical College/teaching institution, with six years of teaching experience (post-MD/MS or equivalent qualification) in the subject. Publications in accordance with the most recent N.M.C. standards.
Assistant Professors: The candidate must have an M.S./M.D. or an equivalent qualification as defined by the N.M.C. or the former MCI. Minimum 14 years of teaching experience (after MD/MS or similar degree) in a recognized/approved/permitted Medical College/teaching institution, including three years as Associate Professor and four years as Assistant Professor at a recognized medical college/teaching institution. Publications in accordance with the most recent N.M.C. guidelines.
According to the official notification, the selected applicant will be paid Rs.159100 as Professors, Rs.131400 as Associate Professors, and Rs.101500 as Assistant Professors, as well as additional allowances as per University norms.
Candidates should submit an application fee of Rs.1000 (non-refundable) in the form of a bank draft made payable to “Finance Officer, U.P.U.M.S., Saifai” at Bank of India, Saifai (Code No. 7281), Etawah (UP)
As per the UPUMS Recruitment 2023 Notification, candidates must bring their resume, photocopies, and original M.B.B.S. & Post Graduate Medical Degree /Diploma with one year of experience, according to UPUMS Recruitment 2023 notice. The college administration issued them a registration certificate and an undergraduate teaching experience certificate during their M.D./M.S. course. The candidate may present for the interview on the day and time specified. The deadline for applications is February 28, 2023.
