Overview:

ABB is hiring an experienced Sales Specialist at their Mumbai location. You will be working as Sales Specialist and will be part of Electrification business for Distribution Solutions division based in Mumbai, India. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager – Systems and will be responsible sales of products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales targets in a profitable way: order growth, revenues, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction. Building long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identifying and developing sales opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

Coverage of EPC, Key Industry, Building, utility, End Users & influencers in the area of operation within assigned territory

Identifying new business opportunities, white spot and creating clear strategies to convert them

Coordinating the information flow around sales activities and providing forecasts and market intelligence to cluster head

Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale activities i.e., execution support and payment collection

Developing a solid and trusted relationship with Channel Partners, EPC, and end user

Interacting with customer at regular intervals, understand their needs and address problems / issues, acting as a trusted technical partner to the customer to generate customer satisfaction



Eligibility:

A B.E. / B. Tech Engineer in Electrical branch

Min 5 to 10 years of experience in MV swgr. Sales from reputed organization, working as individual contributor in the Mumbai market

Knowledge of operating in end user and EPC channel & SFDC operations

Experience of direct Sales, account management and cross-selling

Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset and a professional attitude

Good presenter and Verbal Communication Skills
