Overview:

Ford is hiring an experienced Analyst – SMRT at their Chennai location. SMRT – Supplier Manufacturing Readiness Team is the function works with suppliers and Ford plants during Launch and entire production life cycle. Team makes suppliers ready for MP&L system and process required for supply of parts to Ford plants Team performs Launch Readiness Review, Delivery performance improvement, MMOG endorsement, disputes / query handling etc.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

What will you be doing:

MMOG Endorsement for FNA based suppliers

Address supplier raised disputes and query on time

Supplier Delivery Rating improvement for low performing suppliers and meet the year end target

Working with production delinquency suppliers and improve the suppliers to meet Ford MP&L requirements.

Conduct training for suppliers on fixed frequency and address the queries raised by suppliers.

Management report out for the progress and status.

Qualifications for this job:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Computer Science

Knowledge on Ford Systems

Experience in handling Suppliers (Production or Service) for delivery performance

Good oral and written communication in English

Experience in MS Office (Excel, PPT)

Work in North America time zone (Permenantly)
