Barclays is hiring an experienced QC Analyst at their Noida location. Quality Controls Analyst will be responsible for reviewing a sample of cases completed within Financial Crime Operations Screening to ensure it is in line with process and policy. The role holder will have experience of financial crime screening, along with banking and financial services exposure preferably in a Customer Screening, Payment Screening, Sanctions & PEP screening and AML Screening due to the specialist nature of the function
The complete details of this job are as follows:
Provide a dedicated and robust QC of investigation’s conducted by the FCO Screening Operation
Complete all QC checks for the day as per defined procedures
Deliver all error feedbacks to respective advisors for all the errors reported out, each day.
Work with the Team Manager/Operations Manager to plan. and provide support to enable performance improvement for advisors with high defect rate
Graduate in any discipline
Effective communication, including questioning skills
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Achieving high standards and delivering results with accuracy and attention to detail
MS Office Applications proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Ability to comprehend given set of instructions and apply the same for day to day transaction processing.
Detailed understanding of the business operational objectives, procedures, service standards and compliance requirements
Knowledge of bank and product procedures and policies specifically Regulatory Compliance for products and services
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to ensure seamless feedback delivery
Exposure to understand & prepare high level dashboards with proficiency in Excel & Power point
Proven experience in an Operations and/or assurance role.
Knowledge of Customer Screening, Payment Screening an Adverse Media
Knowledge of the roles and business activities carried out by other teams in the Corporate Bank- as well as across Barclays’ other business functions- with an understanding of how these relate to the Frontline Monitoring Team’s role and business activities
Attention to detail, understands importance of accuracy and responsiveness
Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
Results driven with a commitment to continuous process improvement and quality
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft applications
